8-Week Challenge

We run 3x 8 week challenges per year. 2 months on, 2 months off.
There are 2 components to our 8 week challenges.
The individual component - we get you to set yourself between 1-3 main goals that you want to work towards over the challenge, and aim to keep you accountable to these goals.
We have body scans available, to track your physical progress throughout the challenge - to take out the guesswork.
We encourage challenge participants to take progress photos if they have physique based goals, because people forget how far they’ve come, and regret when they make a change but didn’t take the photos.
The Male and Female individuals with the best scan results after the 8 weeks, receive prizes valued at nearly $1,000.
The teams component - we split challenge participants into teams.
Each day that you train, you get a point for your team.
Each day that you get 10,000 steps, you get a point for your team.
This competitive aspect helps participants form good movement habits.
We also put bonus points on things like uploading a photo of your meal prep, in workout challenges, and our end of challenge games day.
The team that has more total points at the end of the 8 week challenge takes the glory!!
